  Service was horrible. We ordered from the kiosk, my husband was still putting his order in, so I went to the counter to ask for our cups for our sodas we were ordering, and the guy told me that he can't give us our cups until we pay. All they were doing was standing there, and goofing around, while the manager was in the office. The food was not fresh. The food portions were not enough for what you pay for.

  I had an exceptional experience at Taco Bell thanks to Alleriah. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the quick visit feel welcoming and effortless. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this sincere and memorable, especially in fast food.   Young white guy with tattoos on face and neck. Smoking in the area to prep food, has major attiude when you tell him that's illegal. And threatens to punch customers in the face. 4/18/26 @ 1040pm

  The Taco Bell on Hwy 100 and National is the location I go to, even though the 76th Street location is closer to me. They never get the food wrong and theyre always extremely nice and professional.

  went there 4-1-26 and everything was perfect!!! i love going there!! food is right and made well!! i've never had any issues at all! i live 1 block away and they are sweet and friendly!! don't let the negative reviews fool you!! please give them a chance! they are humans after all! sometimes we make mistake but that's life, nothing is perfect!!! so please give them a kind heart as they work hard during lunch rushes and drunken nights!! fast food ain't no joke!!
