  I was so disappointed with my experience here, I ordered 1 small pizza, 1 large and wings ($50!) - I get there the lady helping me was frantic because they were short staffed and the GM was on vacation. She said it’ll be 20mins before your order is ready….well 30mins go by- my orders finally done- so I thought! They dropped the small pizza and needed to remake it! She said I could be refunded for just that small pizza and go or they could remake it- I chose remake because my kids need to also eat! So my other food sat under a warmer while they made the other pizza- I was there for 45 mins!!! It was a carry out order that should have already been done when I got there! And worst part is the large pizza was incorrect 🫠 called to get assistance and they got snippy with me! And then corporate just offered $20 gc because I want to go back there?!? Get out. This place has become a real dumpster fire. NOT WORTH $50- never again

  Initially placed an order after receiving a mailer for some really great looking sandwiches. We’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel so we have no appliances, and this seemed like a great solution for our family for the night. After waiting an hour they sent whatever this is supposed to be. Before even considering writing this I called, was dismissed by someone rude. My husband went up there, they said “that’s just how the sandwich looks”. The best part is that wanted me to pay another delivery fee to correct the order they screwed up. The GM had the absolute worst attitude, I can’t even understand how this place is still functioning. Franchise or not it’s a disgrace, I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

  Even though my food was ready on time, there was literally no meat on our cheese steak sandwich. The pizza was fine, but again very little toppings.

  I am appalled at the poor level of customer service related to non delivery of two pizzas and no refund. I spoke to three managers and each were immediately defensive, non responsive and rude. Despite my calm demeanor and inquiry. Not once did any manager ask my name, time of order or amount. I attempted to share with them and to no avail was shunned and even hung up on. I have never experienced this level of disrespect and poor service. I am reporting the establishment to the corporate office and will post on as many platforms as I can the poor service I received. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  We ordered the new pan style pizza. There's almost no cheese at all and other toppings are scarce. It's mostly crust with a tiny bit of pizza sauce that you can't actually taste. We'll never order anything from there again.
