  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at McDonald’s, all thanks to Carol. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about their work and treats customers with such warmth and respect. From the moment I walked in, Carol greeted me with a smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and professional while taking my order. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—not just doing her job, but truly making sure everything was perfect. She double-checked my order, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Even during what seemed like a busy time, Carol remained calm, friendly, and efficient. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and values customer satisfaction. Employees like her are the reason people come back. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like Carol on their team. She sets a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized because she truly deserves it. Thank you, Carol, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

  Stop at this location at your own risk. Check your bag before leaving is absolutely mandatory here! Don't have the nerve to modify a menu item! It will be incorrect (if you even receive it).

  Chaos, and it wasn't that busy. Order for counter p/u, there is no organization at all. There is no use of the order number screen, no receipt on the bag, 20 minute wait and there might have been 15 people total inside the restaurant. Not that busy for a lunch time rush.

  I rarely have messed up orders from this place. When a mistake is made with my order they correct it without complaint and provide great customer service. The food always tastes fresh, at least as fresh as McDonald's food can be. Their staff do a great job of keeping the drive through line going so there isn't an exceptionally long wait, and if they have to make you wait they do so because they are making it hot and "fresh" for you.
