  Please serve your customers in the building instead of just serving the drivers going through drive through.It's ridiculous.You gotta wait twenty minutes for an order or one hamburger, and some fries.As you see, twenty cars go through the drive through and you're still waiting

  Terrible service. We ordered "eat in", and when our food was ready, I wasn't given a tray to help me carry all the items to our table. I asked for one, and the lady curtly told me that they don't have liners for them. I tried to ask if I could get a tray without the paper lining but she was already gone as I spoke. Other people were there at the counter trying to get her attention for issues of their own also, to no avail. I had to haul all our things to our table by hand. All the employees seem to work in the back, no one covers the front/register to actually deal with paying customers. Secondly, the chicken sandwich I ordered had just about 2 mm of chicken, and the rest was breading. I know these are a value menu type of item, but I expected it to be a little better than that! I took a picture of it to show that it was a breading sandwich with a very slight amount of chicken added. Awful location with awful employees. The only redeeming characteristic is that the store looked fairly clean, or at least not dirty.

  I ordered French fries without salt, but unfortunately that’s not what I got 😕. The fries came out overcooked and covered in salt, which was really disappointing 🍟❌. I ended up throwing them away because they just weren’t enjoyable at all. The only upside was that they were free today, so at least I didn’t waste money 😅. Still, the experience left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again 🚫.

  Incompetent crew. Waiting in these store over 15 minutes until finally someone came to the front. No clue whats happening. Do not do online orders at this store.
