The floors are so sticky our shoes literally were sticking to the floor. It was 9:45am on a Friday morning. Ceiling tiles with so much water damage they look like they are ready to fall to the floor! If they do they’ll never get them off that sticky floor. A light canister hanging from the ceiling. That has to be code violation. The doughnuts. $15.99 for a dozen, but ours were at least a day old if not two. That “Hot Now” sign…does it work? The equipment looks like doughnuts aren’t even made there. Disgusting establishment.

Often times they lock the doors to the inside with the scrawled "Drive Thru Only" sign taped to the locked doors when they are too lazy to work the counter on the inside. Often they completely close up (including the drive thru) earlier than the scheduled times. Their excuse for why they don't have the inside open is they supposedly don't have enough workers, however the day they said that they had 3 workers.. How many workers do you possibly need??? With those 3 people, one could do drive thru, one could do the inside counter and one could pack doughnuts. Simple as that.. Maybe get a touch screen ordering kiosk if working the counter register is so "hard."
