  Much better than my last visit to a JJ (not this location). Has been a few months since my last time at a JJ just because of how bad my previous experience was, but this location was spot on.

  Manager called to tell me my order was running late. I said ok no problem, how much longer? He said I can’t tell you that I have no clue when my driver will be back. Mind you, it’s been 24 minutes since I placed the order at this point. I asked to be refunded as I didn’t want to wait another 24 minutes. He sarcastically responded “that’s about how long it takes during lunch time.” This was at 2:30 in the afternoon. Don’t appreciate the sarcasm and poor customer service.

  I'm getting the benefit of it out here. Some holiday forgot about my order I had called about an hour and a half in advance. So that was a bit upsetting because I had to be somewhere. When it comes to the roast beef in the horseradish sauce, you may want to ask them to put that on the side. A bit overkill. Otherwise, the sandwiches are really good. I personally found the chicken to be absolutely delicious. Of course everything is a matter of preference.
