- 7K737NGX KSep 28, 20265.0I am always craving Jimmy John’s, and they never disappoint! The bread is always incredibly fresh, and the toppings are consistently crisp and high-quality. The entire staff does a fantastic job every time I visit. But what really sets this location apart is their heart. During my last visit, a very elderly veteran—who looked like he may have even served in WWII—came in wearing his military cap and had some trouble with his wallet at the register. Without a second thought, the amazing staff stepped up and bought his sandwich out of their own pockets. It’s one thing to serve great food, but seeing a team show that level of respect and kindness to a veteran is truly special. They have earned a customer for life!

Boyfriend goes in and is told they have people in store, and their own orders to do so we would be done last. What?? At least 7 people who hadn’t even put in their order while my boyfriend saw my order ticket just sitting there. Horrible. There’s better JJ’s at other locations!

Please let me know if you’re supposed to just throw cold bacon on sub because the customer was waiting 30 minutes. Still can’t believe I wasted my money here more than disappointed. For $45 I got nothing no speed no convenience definitely not good food. Jimmy John’s is off my radar possibly forever.
