    Horrible customer service ! Went in drive thru to order my usual. Went to the window and payed for my order. First thing I noticed is that there were only 2 workers including the lady at the window. So we had to wait a while for our order to be done. When I finally got my drink, I ordered a hazelnut dunkalatte with cold foam. They gave me strawberry cold foam. I’m allergic to strawberries. I apologized and asked to get it changed because that’s not what I asked for and that I was allergic to strawberries. The guy who made it was so rude and said “I can’t remake it, that’s what you asked for.” And didn’t take my drink. Didn’t even get a refund for the drink or nothing I was obligated to take it and pay for something I didn’t ask for. And than when I park to check my order, they didn’t even get my sandwiches right. And to top it ALL off,, my bagel with cream cheese was so STIFF !! It was like I chewing steak.

    Please have people taking orders be able to hear ans speak clearly, sorry if English is your second language perhaps drive thru isnt the best place for you!

    Please ask your customers if they’re a rewards member before completing the order and saying “sorry I already charged your card and can’t add rewards.” Thanks

    The best location in Wisconsin. I drive from Waukesha (which already has 2 Dunkins) to West Allis location because the service is amazing and my iced coffee is made perfectly every time! They are so sweet too.

    Upon answering a restaurant to a place, my order observed the employee stand around on their phones, no sense of urgency to take my order as I approached the counter. I ordered a refresher as the ladies nicely not to put ice in it because it’s gonna melt by the time I get home. The young lady stated that they don’t fill the cup all the way once they brought my cup that was not filled all the way up because of the not have ice so I felt like they were telling me that the ice was included in the price of the drink and then upon ordering my 10 piece munchkins they placed in a bag little pieces I believe they did it deliberately just because I said something about the ice in my cup and basically I got ice put in my cup because I didn’t feel like I should be short changed on my drink. Also use the bathroom light does not work and it’s been out for a few days because I entered the restaurant a few days before got ultimate service. Couple was filled no ice and I frequent the store a few times but in the last few visits, I’ve had either a bad experience or I’m not pleasant environment. Like I said the bathroom light did not work. I don’t even know if the bathroom was clean or not. It was just dark and I had to come out and use the bathroom the best way I could, and as I was walking out, the young ladies were speaking in Spanish, which I do understand and they were talking directly about me, which I thought was very rude and inappropriate work work conduct
