So when I got to the window, the guy just took my money and said it was too late to scan my order on my phone and that he can't do it. I literally told him I had the app pulled up and he just ignored me. 05/08/2026 around 9:50ish am. Otherwise the food was good just bad customer service.

Told us to keep moving mid order. Got our order wrong. I asked to scan for rewards and she seemed annoyed I even asked that. No customer service skills whatsoever. Got our food with the incorrect sandwich and wrong drink size after asking to upgrade. Drink had no ice. Very disappointed.
