- MPMarqo PoloAug 15, 20261.0If you visit after 9 PM, be prepared for a long wait. On multiple occasions, I've waited 5 to 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you at the intercom. During that time, employees were outside smoking and talking, with no sign of urgency. After finally ordering, I waited about 25 more minutes for my food. It really felt like customer service wasn't a priority. Hopefully management can address these issues, because the delays and lack of responsiveness make for a frustrating experience.

- CTCisco TAug 5, 20261.0Very very very very very very slow service like ridiculous slow will not be coming back like ever and food is mid very sad to see this location this bad the north side ones are better way better they are faster and better food quality over all at this location sucks I give it a year before it shuts down I will be amaze if this location is still operating next summer with such bad service and food quality, the fries are supposed to be the best part and it was the worst
