- VBV Bodimer4 days ago1.0Exceptionally poor service. Online ordering wasn’t working so I inquired in the drive thru if I could use the bogo coupon through drive through(had attempted to use 3 different debit cards online) the “manager” insisted he couldn’t help me even after I said I didn’t care about the coupon I just wanted to order food. He said the problem was with my card not their system. I said online payment systems sometimes mess up can I please just order and pay for my food, I even showed him my account and that the balance was more than enough to cover 10.00 on food and he continued to refuse to help me. I only came to this location because it was closest to me. But going forward I’ll just continue going to the one in the city.

Young lady brings out food. Only three sandwiches, we were missing a fry, and two more sandwiches. Go back to the window, what looked like the manager opened the window and gives a stare like we are inconvenient. Just staring, we explained what happened and still a blank stare . Made sure to repeat myself, then she left to go get it and no sorry for our mess up or anything just handed the bag and shut the window. Ride as hell. If you don’t like customer service then don’t work in it because your attitude will rub off on your employees especially being in a higher position. If she had some type of disability i apologize but that’s no way to be a face of a company.

Look like it originally had cheese on it then removed and meat doesn’t look like real beef! No better than any other Checkers location! Save your money, gas and time!!!
