  Today was my first time ever coming to this Checkers location@ 7/4/26 7:37pm I was in the drive thru and Shanyla started to take my order there were no other cars in the drive thru. I said may I take a moment to look over the menu I believe she said her name was Annie. She’s a younger Caucasian lady who I later met The window began to rush me as my daughter is ordering her food. She decided to change the drink to a hi c. She starts to huff and puff. It’s noticeable that she’s getting irritated with us, even though we’re not being rude we are just not being as quick as she would have liked, I got to the window. I asked Shanyla her name and she told me. I told her I would like to give her I would like to give het good review on Google as she was being patient and kind however, I ask the other young lady for her name and she says we don’t have to give you our names. Did you not have a good experience as she was being sarcastic? I said no you were very rude to me. She says oh well you’ll be OK. Have a good day and try to close the window in my face. To her Manager please coach how to deal with all people now if there were several people in line where I was holding up the line, I could understand her rushing as I know the drive thru is on a timer, but if there were no other cars, I don’t understand what was the reason for her to be so rude and unprofessional this was our first visit here by the way! Without customers or repeat customers who are you going to serve food too?

  The sough dough burger was the size smaller than a McMuffin. The crust on the bread , I could not chew through!; had to tear off to eat. Absolutely the worst. Don't waste your time and most importantly your money on this!!!!!

  Very fast service some things a bit on the greasy side but it's fast food what do you expect it's good though yum

  Rude staff, won’t do a separate order in the drive thru which shouldn’t be hard. Everyone here seems to be annoyed that you had the audacity to stop.

  I go to this place ONLY for the fries. I ordered a chicken tender meal and upgraded my fries to a Fry lover BOX. When I arrived to the window I was charged for the upgrade but was given a smaller portion. When I asked to be corrected the cashier agreed and asked to wait for fresh fries. She proceeds to give me the same portion of fries instead of giving me what I asked for to start. I guess two cups of fries are equal to one box. This is only the 3rd and final time I will go there. The fizzle is gone and the lines are nonexistent for a reason. I give this place 12 months before it shuts its door and becomes a drive through coffee shop. All 3 times, terrible service, terrible atmosphere and below average food.
