  Segunda vez que no quedamos satisfechos con el servicio de la tienda 2950 S 108th St Wi La primera vez la calidad de la comida no fue buena y llegó incompleta también fue orden delivery. Hoy fuimos en persona a la misma tienda 2950 S 108th St Wi y para empezar tardaron mucho en ofrecernos bebidas, ordenamos comida y llegó fría un que pedimos que primero queríamos el appetizer nos trajeron primero los wings y la orden equivocada y fríos. Luego llegó el appetizer incompletos, nos quejamos con la manager se llevaron los wings disque a cambiarlos nos regresaron los mismos wings solo q ahora calientes y solo les pusieron nueva salsa encima de la salsa que ya tenía. De hay en adelante no nos volvieron a ir a preguntar si todo bien y al final nos dijeron q nos podían dar descuento si entraba a la aplicación y activaba una oferta, y por casualidad al ingresar el número de teléfono registrado en la app nunca funcionó dijo el mesero que casualidad obvio no les gustó que nos quejamos. no volvemos a regresar a esa tienda!

  Save yourself the trip from coming here. Very unorganized I placed an order and upon arrival I was let known that they were making orders “backwards” in the kitchen. I immediately canceled my order because who knows if it’s even sanitary back there.

  Ignored us most the night and didn’t seem to want to give us the check. Horrible horrible service. I would have tipped nothing, but didn’t want to wait another 20min for them to charge my credit card so I paid with cash and she got a minor tip.

  Great atmosphere very spacious clean and draws in fun crowds. Great to watch any sports game or event. There is plenty of places to sit. Parties of people could come in with available seating. The employees are very friendly.

  Me and my two children went last night for dinner and the first was pretty good but customer service??? Terrible. From the hostess barely getting us (he had fancy nails) and kind of being annoyed when I asked for an extra menu since he only gave us two when it was three of us. Then, there was large party that was pretty loud ( not a big deal) but sat us right next to them. I mean, definitely could’ve sat us somewhere more quietly. Took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to first come by and was not that friendly. Food was actually pretty decent. Waitress did not come back to refill our drinks or ask if we need anything or nothing. Just bad service. Had to wait pretty good while for the bill and our waitress was nowhere to be found and someone else had to do it. I still tipped because that is my nature but that waitress did NOT deserve it. Please do better in the customer service department.
