  I placed an order for fresh mozzarella sticks with absolutely no one in line because of construction. That means drive thru and front end. I got greeted by a heavy set black tattooed man to take my order asked him for fresh food agreed to making it after he told me the food he had was fresh and made to order. I then watched him and his one calleuge drop the food I just paid for in anticipation of fresh for however I did not receive my order that they made fresh for me after it being done his skinnier colleague ripped one of the mozzarella sticks they just made for me across the station to guarantee freshness for me . :SIDEBAR: the way these 2 men were treating there boss with disrespect to a high content I would say fireable offenses to there boss as 2 grown men treating there coworkers with disrespect to the highest content I urge the owners of this restaurant to do an investigation on the harassment happening to their workers I. Their building I would fire them on the spot and work there position my self and have been district manager in more then one restaurant chain what I saw today was unacceptable and horrid to think I e person because of there sex and color would be contributed to that amount of harassment. I hope you share this with your employees directly before firing them cause if it was there business they would do the same good luck guys I'll never come again till something changes..... It's been four and a half hours now my wife is 2 hours long in the bathroom dying out is both ends. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT EAT HERE. No one is held accountable and the manger is afraid to put her foot down to make her team work as one . I PROMISE YOU WILL PAY FOR IT IN HEALTH AND MONEY.

  To whoever is reading this, please do not go eat at Arby's because their workers do not tip Doordash drivers. I delivered an order there from a restaurant down the road and got stiffed.

  My wife and I stopped in to the National Ave. location today for supper (4-15-26) after a busy afternoon. The young man at the register greeted us when we entered, engaged in friendly banter with us as we ordered, and the food arrived while we were still paying. I've NEVER had that before! I commented that "Boy is this a crew!" and it really was. Later as we were eating, I saw the gentleman from the register assisting an elderly couple enter the restaurant--he offered his arm to them because they seemed tippy. The gentleman accepted his help. The young staff on duty tonight was very impressive. Thanks for a great experience.
