  I'm going to stop coming to this location because every time you ask for well done chicken they always get it wrong. Then the young man that's the manager, the black guy, he comes to the front and asks what kind of wings you want or how do you want the wings. They never get it right.

  I cannot even rate the food one star considering I never received my order and they still charged my card despite telling me it would be cancelled. Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered food online on 8/13 for pick up. The restaurant supposedly opens at 10:30, and my order was placed and accepted at 11:00ish. I arrived to a locked building, was let in by one employee after tapping the window, and was told that they did not know when my food would be ready/were closed. I waited for about 15 minutes, but no progress had been made and the staff told me again they were closed and offered to refund my order instead/said management was on the way. I asked directly that my order be cancelled, and was reassured by the team it would be. A waste of 20-25 minutes, and I left empty-handed without my food. The worst part is, they still charged my card after not fulfilling my order and telling me it would be cancelled! Just a very bad experience.

  Every time I try to give this location a try they mess my food up. I ordered a 7 piece crispy tender MILD. Theres no sauce. The tenders are over cooked. A waste of money when you can just give people what they for !

  Yeah I’m done with this place. I ordered earlier this week, evening time. I ordered extra seasoning on my fries and wings to be cook for extra time. Some of the wings seem to be cook harder but not all, forgivable I guess. But WHY did you cake on a ton of lemon pepper and then a ton of seasoning of fry seasoning on the fries, like playing with my food extra amount . It wasn’t busy at all, it was a weekday night. Also, this may be something for the owner to hear, I don’t know if your workers see if a customer tip or not, but they should because a thank you would be appropriate to show some appreciation. Crazy you can’t even pay for a thank you here… I don’t recall ever being appreciated for ordering. Do better please.
