  Not much to say. I did an online order and it was ready at the right time the cashier was pleasant. Our food was made correctly.

  Friendly employees clean neat sandwiches set up took coupons and no other subway does. Reasonable prices.

  You decide… Here’s the scenario. I ordered 2 ft long sandwiches online for pickup in 30 mins. I went right out the door to stop at the store first. The car wouldn’t start. I ran back in the house and told my son to call them. In less than 5mins she said that both sandwiches were made and we couldn’t cancel. My son proceeded to tell her that we couldn’t make it there. Needless to say that was $25 down the drain. I guess for me i don’t understand the NON existent Customer Service. I’m not from Milwaukee and i’ve noticed that at almost any fast food place if they make a mistake it’s “oh well,” but if the customer has an issue you still have to pay with no credit, no nothing. My home city of Madison would’ve easily cancelled the order and left it at that. I’ve spent a nice amount of money at this location, but i guess that doesn’t matter either. Idk maybe i’m bitter, but $25 is a lot of money to get nothing.

  Dining area is very well maintained, staff is kind, and food is assembled in a timely fashion. Honestly, the best subway restaurant in the area.
