- ARAnthony ReisMay 4, 20261.0I usually don’t write reviews but the manager (short woman, I think) who was managing this location on May 4th at around 7:10pm encouraged me to write this review. I ordered a bowl, NO DOUBLE meat, and the kind gentleman who made my bowl did an excellent job. When he scooped the meat, a few pieces fell off. So, naturally he scooped a few extra pieces to make up for that. Excellent, excellent service by this gentleman. The woman, who was eyeing this gentleman’s every move, saw this “extra scoop” and proceeded to charge me double meat portions. I told her, I did not order double meat. She looked at the gentleman and he explained himself saying, as mentioned above, he added a few extra pieces with a second scoop since a few came off in the first scoop. I was ordered to pay for “double meat” or to remake my bowl. I eventually chose to pay for my “double meat” and went about my day because I did not want to remake my bowl. It is incredible how the woman did not let this slide and would rather let food be wasted than to accept the fact that this was not double meat and charge me normal rates. Other than that, this location is excellent, but the actions of the manager brought this down to one star.

- JWJosh WolfApr 29, 20263.0Pretty good except my bowl is overflowing with bean juice. Should take an extra few seconds to drain the water before putting it in the bowl especially when its supposed to be a salad, not a soup. Really washed away all the flavors from the other ingredients.
