The DoorDash person went to get it got tired of waiting and left another DoorDash person went to get it and has been at the store for 20 minutes. Pizza is not even been made yet and the DoorDash person called me to let me know that and that it won’t be delivered for another 30 minutesI will not be ordering from the store again that is pretty pathetic.

When I called the store to ask about the delay, instead of apologizing or providing helpful information, I was told that I might have to wait up to two hours. Delays can happen, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and rude. Customers deserve accurate updates and respectful communication, especially when an order is running significantly behind schedule. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression. I am requesting a refund!!!!!

And tonight when I went in to pick up pizza, one of his employees stormed out so he was on his own to run the entire store, but was doing it with Grace and efficiency. I’m grateful for hard-working men and women who show up every day and work their butts off.
