  If I could give it zero stars, I would!. Don't eat here, especially during lunch. I ordered online at 10:00 am to pick up at 11:30 and didn't get my food until almost noon. I don't even want to eat the food I got I'm so angry, but I've been fasting for almost 10 hours and I need to.

  This location takes FOREVER. Every time I get a pick-up time for my online order, I get at least one more update telling me the order has been delayed. When I arrived today, they told me they were just "bagging it up." Then I sat at the drive-through window for an extra ten minutes. There were no cars in front of behind me--a slow day in the restaurant, but it still took ten minutes to put my food in the bag? I would be less frustrated if they just admitted right away that it takes 20 minutes to put your sandwich together, rather than say it will take 10, then make you wait for 10 additional minutes.

  Idk what they’re doing on a lunch shift. I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy working it asked me three times if I was in a rush, and I said no. I feel like it was more of an effort to get me not to order. All I wanted was a sandwich. He said orders were taking about 20 minutes. No biggie. It’s lunchtime. I’ve been waiting an hour for a Bagel Stack with chips and a soda. This is absolutely ridiculous.

  Waited 45 minutes for my order and they told me they couldn't get it to me because they had 50 orders at the same time. After I waited. Now I have to call back later to be refunded because I have used my entire lunch hour waiting for food I never got or a refund I have not received. This is now the third time lunch has been over an hour wait when I received the "your order will be ready in ten minutes" lie. I used to order our staff lunches from there. Panera has lost my business. Edit: I did finally get through to a manager, they apologized, and I was fully refunded. But I will be avoiding this location at the lunch hour, it's just too busy.

  Ordered a sandwich at 11:30a. Wasn’t ready until 12:15p. I want the only one- lots of people sitting around at tables waiting.
