    Tried to use the drive through 3 times and no one answered Drove up to window right after someone handed food out to a car in front of us and they didn't answer at the window either when we honked the horn The entire lot smelled strongly of marijuana

    This is the worst location ever. This was my first time going into McDonalds and I left with a terrible experience. Before this, I did 1 drive thru and ordered 3 times in the airport. I thought that I would enjoy going into McDonalds. I went inside the store to order 5 Vanilla Ice Cream Cones on 7/7/26 around 4 pm. I waited for 2-3 minutes just for someone to take my order. After I told my order to that lady on the counter, she told me the total and I showed her my QR Code/Account number to get points. She says, "What's this?" I explain to her that I want to get points on this order. She enters in the code and it doesn't work for some reason. Then I did an online order instead thinking that it would be easier for them and then I would get my points. Once placed, I told her that I placed the order online. She asks for the order number and I give it to her. It doesn't work for some reason and then she asks me to pay! I told her that I already paid on the app. I even showed her the order details. Also, she asks me if I ordered at the right location. I say yes. After like a minute, she goes to her manager and then after another minute they start making my order. 3 minutes later I get my order and then leave. She was rude and not friendly. I got mad. I standed there for 6-8 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order, trying to tell them that I already ordered on the app, and to start making my order. Their is something wrong with their system and should be fixed. This is the first time I left a bad review. Will never come back to this location again.

    I am speaking to both the owner and corporate here. I had to delete my original review because the way this is set up when the owner replied to me two months ago on here the owner apologized for my cold $14 order and the horrendous customer service I received and sent me a link to discuss with him and also corporate. Over a 2 week period both the owner and McDonald’s corporate on the phone took extensive notes and then replied in multiple emails with apologies and the expectations of not only corporate but also the owner as well. To have two different conversations going on while both were similar I was promised which I saved and sadly cant attach screenshots here that this behavior would NOT occur at this location again. So in an official letter from corporate and the owner I received 2 hologram official order any free combo cards. A few weeks ago I used the first at a location about 2 miles from this one during my lunch break from work. I got to the pay window and was literally harassed by the store manager refusing my free combo card. I had to show the email and screenshots where it clearly states ANY McDonalds location in Southern Wisconsin. My communication to both the owner and corporate were documented and saved where both the owner of THIS McDonald’s swore repeatedly when I requested this promise that I would NOT be denied using these 2 free combo cards. So tonight I showed up to this McDonald’s which was the original horrendous service and ice cold food at the same time of night on the same night of the week I believe. I ordered my food. A person Ive not seen before closed the window and went walking to the manager, a politely rude one at that named Zariantey stating he didnt care about emails and screenshots that if this was acceptable at this McDonald’s his owners name would be on the card with hologram. I asked Zariantey if he knew how to read that it says ANY MCDONALDS and that no owner has to put their name on as I am NOT forced to go back to this problematic store. He stated he was refusing my order leaving me hungry at the exact store I was repeatedly promised in documentation THIS EXACT situation would NOT occur even though I correctly knew and stated someone rude and ignorant like Zariante would screw this moment up now creating another horrendous service and situation. I should NOT be harassed when hungry by two very rude younger black restaurant managers. Is this because I am white? Both employees handling the register were black both managers were black. Why is it when I have ordered from other raced employees the past 7 years at both of these locations not once have I been treated rudely. The original situation was also from an incompetent black employee that promised me my order was FRESH when $14 of cold food was given to me. Thats 3 scenarios 2 locations 3 black team members and 2 black managers here. There is a 7 year pattern here at both of these north side locations. All of this is fact. This isnt opinion. This is vile to be treated like this 3 times in 2 months by 5 black employees. Do better you 5.....you do not belong in this job role!

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. Im.still in line writing this, that's how you know it's bad! The customer service at this place is AWFUL. Just absolutely horrendous! I pull up to place my order and the person taking my order is laughing and giggling all in the mic. Then I place the orders and can hardly hear her. I ordered my daughter an ice cream cone on THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE SUMMER and of course........no ice cream so . Get it together in here. TRASH!!!!!!

    So online says this place is open until 11pm. I have been sitting in your drive through since 10:15. It is now 10:24, no one has taken my order. Now maybe it’s a staffing issue-but then adjust the online hours to reflect what is actually true, so I don’t get off work and waste my time. This is a regularly occurring issue literally EVERY Saturday.
