  I went inside and stood at the counter. No one else in line. Over half a dozen employees standing around, all of the them talking to each other. No one even attempting to make eye contact with me, let anyone acknowledge me. Then one of the male employees just starts yelling at one of the other employees, who is still "working", as he leaves. Everyone who worked there was focused way more on their own petty arguments. It takes a minute but finally someone steps up to take my order. Next time, I'll go through the drive thru I guess?? Crappy service and employees caught up in their own drama too much.

  Every few months I decide to give this McDonald's another chance. And every single time it disappoints. Either a 20+ minute wait in the drive-thru with less than 5 cars, or my order is incorrect and I'm met with attitude when it's brought to their attention. Not a single time have I been there and there has not been an issue. And sometimes all I'm ordering is fries and a soda. Its ridiculous.

  Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 30 minutes in drive through with 4 cars in line. Window staff looked high with dialiated pupils and slurred words. Forgot my sauces, got it wrong twice while I asked for the correct ones after, wrong size drink, asked for the correct one, gave me back the wrong drink and wrong size, no straw, had to ask for one, fries cold, nuggets only 8??? I ended up just throwing away the food since if that's how window service is, I can't imagine the kitchen cleanliness standards. Not risking it.

  Drive through was very very slow and fries were not hot. There are many other fast food establishments in the area, don't make the mistake of going to this one.

  Mobile order. Waited 25 minutes from checking in to receiving my order. Was it a crazy complicated order? No. Two Happy Meals and a quarter pounder meal. Missing drinks from happy meals and the french fry from quarter pounder meal. Have gone to this location in the past and it's a coin flip on if you are going to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich, if you will be missing items from your order, or if the food you do get is stale. Location is an awesome spot for tons of business, but management there chooses not to put forth any effort in fixing simple issues and is losing money from people leaving because of wait times, food quality, and missing order items. Get your stuff together and I hope BIG McDonald's steps in to remedy these issues.
