  This is a delightful little location. We have visited several times since their reopening, which many people are unaware of. We have spoken with Veronica and the Chef, both of whom are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the staff are amiable; however, our only concern is that the menu is rather conventional. One can only eat the same dishes so many times before losing interest and not visiting as often. We will continue to show our support in the hope that the menu expands to include some contemporary dishes or at least from this decade.

  this place should really consider staying open longer or do a better job of attracting shoppers. Most shoppers and others have no idea the resturant is there. When you go to other cities the Nordstrom resturant is always busy and lively. It won't last if there is no traffic, advertisement, or decent marketing. At least to the right audience. - Mayfair area shoppers.

  Completely Unprofessional! Hours wrong they always closed and when they are open they don’t feel like working they all stand in the back and just watch u stand there waiting for help

  Nordstrom Café at Mayfair Mall is a great addition—it’s clean, welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The food is solid, especially the caprese salad and the fish tacos, which are both delicious. The only thing to note is that you order up front before being seated, which is a bit different, but overall it’s a pleasant and easy dining experience.

  I don't like ordering up front then being able to sit and wait. I prefer at a restaurant to sit down, order my beverage and take time to figure out what I want to eat. Also bring back the lemon ricotta cookies - I used to get those each time I shopped. The lemon bread at the ebar is good but those ricotta cookies are spectacular. I miss the bussel sprout apps and the pasta dishes you had. The turkey sandwich was good as was the tomato soup and the ginger sesame salad. There was no one there and the staff could have been more attentive and we got a dirty plate. You need to advertise that this was reopened as we only found out because we were looking for the bathroom and saw some staff there. The staff were nice but they were talking too much and didn't pay attention to the few people that were there. It is a cute place and had great food and drinks - the ginger beer for example - Advertise, get your staff trained and a few more items on the menu
