    The lights weren’t on in the dining area and my husband and I waited ~30 minutes for 2 subs despite no other customers being there when we arrived. 2 workers both working at a snail’s pace. I’m convinced I could have driven to another Jimmy John’s and received my food faster.

    Staff were great, even though I placed an order close to closing. Although, I don't recommend doing that, they were great!

    Spent $52 for me and my kids to eat tonight…got 30minutes away which is home and my 9year old was like “mom the bread stale & hard” sure enough it was…hard as a brick no way we can even eat these sandwiches…I asked for chocolate chip cookies they were frozen hard & cold …I called this location and the manager claim to have just took the bread out of the oven & it didnt get a chance to cool down…thats a lie I go to Jimmy Johns often and never had this issue with my bread…he argued with me, never apologized,never tried to accommodate me and he hung up in my face… WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION…& Im calling corporate!!!

    I get sick when I come here. The last time one of the workers was rubbing there nose with there arm while preparing sandwiches. You wpuld think that is okay but she was right over the food.

    I placed an order on the app for two sandwiches. Ten minutes later I arrived at the store to pick up my order. When I got there and gave them my name, they seemed confused (two men were working). My order was not fulfilled. They then informed me that it is a new policy that they cannot make sandwiches, only one person can make them and he is currently on break. This was around 5:00 on a Wednesday. Dinner time. How is it that only one person is allowed to make sandwiches? That seems really bizarre. I filled out the survey and requested that someone contact me regarding my experience, but it's been two weeks and no one has contacted me. I received a refund, but I will never be back at this store. And from now on, I am sticking with Cousins Subs.
