And I know that’s on me to keep ordering, but I was hoping it was a fluke. You guys need extra drivers. At least a manager or two that can get on the road when it’s busy because an hour to go right down the street…

I’m convinced I could have driven to another Jimmy John’s and received my food faster.
- CCC0C0Aug 12, 20261.0Spent $52 for me and my kids to eat tonight…got 30minutes away which is home and my 9year old was like “mom the bread stale & hard” sure enough it was…hard as a brick no way we can even eat these sandwiches…I asked for chocolate chip cookies they were frozen hard & cold …I called this location and the manager claim to have just took the bread out of the oven & it didnt get a chance to cool down…thats a lie I go to Jimmy Johns often and never had this issue with my bread…he argued with me, never apologized,never tried to accommodate me and he hung up in my face… WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION…& Im calling corporate!!!
