Never told me my sandwich was ready, i was the only customer in there, clearly waiting for my order, watching 4 employees babble on about nonsense, I start to get visibly annoyed and the same person that took my order asked if I had ordered. They said. O, your sandwich is at the end. Now im late for Church. Thanks Jimmy Johns

Freaky fast is false advertising. Unbelievably slow and very poor customer service. Barely greet or acknowledge you’re there. Had a better chance of walking back and making my sub myself in less time. Wasn’t like it was busy either. Two others were already standing waiting when I got in looking annoyed/ astonished at the pace in which the employees were moving.

Very nice stuff this evening, very tasty sandwich, even ordered 2 more, and that delicious pesto pasta. He even was able to offer som day old bread, which my family loves to use!

Good location not far from downtown. Not busy.
Tried the chicken gyro, good sandwich and the wrap was good.
Good and friendly service.
Placed an online order before leaving work to pick up on my way home to have for dinner. I ordered a club lulu first time for this sandwich. I walk in and let them know I'm here for a pick up order and gave the girl my name. She was new and didn't know what to do them walks away. The first guy in line making sandwiches says out loud , you will need to pay for that while I'm making the sandwich. I said I do know that and would but there's no one here at the register to help me do that. So then a different gentleman comes to ring it up and needed help himself, but ended up getting it done, I used points and even left a $2 tip b4 getting my sandwich. I get my sandwich and head home. When I got home I opened it up and was shocked to see how little turkey there was, bacon was fatty like not cooked very long hit me with the lettuce and tomato. This did not look like the sandwich in the advertisements on app, menu board or otherwise and it was still $13. Of course I took pics and drive right on back to the store. I ask for a manager who came to the counter. Didn't tell me his name. I asked him to please open the sandwich I had wrapped back up and tell me what's wrong. He looked at it picked at it and said, you're missing a piece of bacon. I then told him there's hardly any turkey on there, scarce on lettuce too and it's a very sloppy. I said I've ordered sandwiches before and never had one like this. Usually the meat was more noticeable, balanced with the right amount of lettuce and tomatoes and bacon is typically more crisp. The manager apologized and asked if I would like a new one said he'd make it. I said yes I would like a new one, I'm hungry. He asked if I waned the old one, I said no. When he had my sandwich in the salamander, he came over to show me on a piece of wax paper that all the lunch meat is measured out daily to 66grams. Not sure what the weight was, nor did I care. I told him it was very inconvenient to come back. He apologized again, but never even offered a soda, side or credit towards future sandwich. These fast food franchises are giving us less food, mediocre at best, customer service and expecting us to just accept this!! Where are the standards anymore?? So I know I have a choice and my choice is to not support this company where they appear to not care.
