    Unfortunately this is the closest location to us otherwise I would absolutely be ordering from a different location. They are notoriously understaffed. We placed an order for delivery today, and after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting I drove to the store to pick it up. There was a stack of about 15 orders waiting for delivery. The man that was getting them ready told me he is the only delivery driver and they were really behind. They had four other people working. Turn off deliveries if you cannot actually make them. So much for their former motto of freaky fast.

    I have been going to this Jimmy John’s for years, but yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwich. The receipt was correct, but the wrong sandwich was put in the bag. I didn’t realize until I got home, but I am very disappointed.

    This has to be the worst experience I have had at this location! I usually order from this location on weekends when I am working, but ever since they have outsourced deliveries to Uber Eats, I have noticed a gradual decline in service. Today, I placed a mobile order at approximately 10:30am for a sub and chips. The store outsourced it to an Uber Eats courier, who supposedly "picked it up" about an hour after I placed the order. Thirty minutes later, the app said it was delivered, but it was not. I called the store to say my order was not delivered. To my surprise, the JJ employee said it was never picked up! It has been over two hours and no one had the decency to let me know about this error. She said it would be delivered as soon as possible, but seeing as three hours will have since I placed the original order, I am incredulous. I doubt I will be ordering from this location again.
