  Good food for Dave and Busters, but slow service for the drinks and food. I only say this considering it was around 8pm on a friday night and there was only 3 tables being used.

  So yesterday me and my friends went to Dave & Buster’s again you know to give them another shot so we got there. We had a nice server, but things just went kind of left so we were waiting for our food for three hours because they claim to us that they accidentally bumped it off, but how did you accidentally bumped it off when everybody around us was getting food and as some of the guest that you guys have wasn’t even there before us. The manager seemed it confused at first, but she were saying that we don’t have to pay for anything, but then the food came out for me. It looked like the plate been already used. They just dumped the food on that used plate that they have not washed. We even talked to a security guard. That was the most horrible experience ever. It is worse than the last time we were there we will not be visiting Dave & Buster’s for four months due to that horrible experience..

  The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the gaming price was alright, albeit a bit high. The burger was fairly juicy and tasty, but the fries were over done and too salty. My kids pretzel mini dogs were a bit overcooked and the other kids pizza was about the same as a frozen pizza. Overall the kids had fun with the variety of games and it satisfied our hunger, but won't be on our regular list anytime soon.

  Today I went to a staff and family outing at Dave and Busters and the staff was truly amazing! They were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to make all the children felt special and that they were enjoying themselves. I also appreciated the staff’s hard work on keeping the space clean. They cleared the tables right away, as well as consistently wiped the games down. Thank you so much Salena, Miguel, Jailoh, Tae, Mei, Mari, Jenn, Adela and Cemara!! You all did an amazing job!

  I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience at Dave & Buster’s. Unfortunately, the only positive part of our visit was the games, which were genuinely fun. Everything else was disappointing. The service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Our server was extremely slow and seemed unable to remember anything we asked for. Multiple requests were forgotten, and we constantly had to remind her about things we had already asked for. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks, and eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves and ask the bartender if we could bring the drinks back to our table. Meanwhile, our server was standing around laughing and talking with another employee instead of checking on her tables. The food was just as disappointing. It took forever to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Waiting that long for cold food is unacceptable. Overall, the games were fun, but that’s the only reason this review isn’t one star. The service was inattentive, the food was poor, and the entire dining experience was frustrating. Dave & Buster’s should focus more on customer service and food quality because right now the games are carrying the entire experience.
