  Great food and excellent service! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cemara provided exceptional customer service and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place!

  Came here for my son’s birthday and had so much fun that we came back the next day! The play and eat deal gets you so much value. For exactly 70 dollars my son gets unlimited game play a STEAK LUNCH and a soda. Perfect for a special occasion or just a normal day off. We had excellent servers both days and the manager was so kind and friendly.

  The green beans was raw,not cooked the salmon was not fresh. So by now you know that I didn't enjoy the food. So if you are looking for a good meal it want be here although my grandson and son did have a great time playing the games there. So fun I say yes, Food is say a BIG NO.

  We purchased a season pass for our 2 boys for the summer. It has been an awesome experience for the last 2 months coming here with my family and a friend's family. This last experience was even better with Abby being our waitress and also being accompanied by the manager Christine. The customer service was outstanding from ordering our food till we paid the bill. We greatly appreciate the staff and will recommend the Wauautosa location Dave and Busters to anyone that has a family and wants to go for a great time. You folks are awesome

  I was at DNB and ordered food at the bar. After I paid and was waiting for my food, the bartender was scolded by management because kids aren’t allowed at the bar and I had my son on my lap. I understand that rule and would have moved without any issue if someone had simply told me. What bothered me was the passive‑aggressive way the managers handled it. their conversation about us was completely audible from where we were sitting. The male manager’s comment that it “looked like they were passing the baby around” was unnecessary and disrespectful. His suggestion that I “call back one of his other dads” was especially offensive. I was following the bartender’s direction, I paid, and I was waiting for my food. A simple, direct reminder about the policy would have been fine. Instead, the way management chose to talk about us—within earshot—was unprofessional and made an otherwise normal visit uncomfortable.
