  We visited Friday night, and the place was fairly busy. My son and I purchased the Eat & Play combos, while our two guests ordered a chicken Caesar salad and two additional sodas. Our dining bill should have been around $22, plus the 20% tip I left. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best, and the staff seemed completely disengaged, with little concern for customer service. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana throughout the facility during our entire visit. Upon checking my credit card statement, I discovered approximately $10 in additional charges that I can’t account for. I’ve spent three hours trying to contact someone, but nobody answers the phone, and their voicemail is full. Between the lackluster service, disappointing food, unpleasant environment, and questionable billing, we won’t be returning.

  Fun everytime. Good drinks especially during wednesdays during happy hour. The games are fun and they offer a good variety of them. Screens everywhere to watch multiple games.

  Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The salad was drenched in dressing and overly salty, the chicken was dry and overcooked, and the fries were served cold. Overall, the food tasted as though it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The manager offered to replace the salad, but at that point, my appetite was already gone, so I declined. The waiter was decent and provided good service, which is why I gave 3 stars for service. However, I was disappointed by the manager’s attitude, as they became rude when I declined the replacement salad. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in both areas. I expected a much better dining experience.

  my fiance and I, plus my friend and her boyfriend all went out to have a good time and the games were fun, but that was the only good thing about our experience. The staff was rude and took their time. They didn’t explain anything, with the meal/game pass thing that was supposed to be deducted from our bill for the food was not and our food came out to 100+ on top of the 100+ we spent for the pass/food. The food was terrible, I was so hungry and so excited to eat. It looked amazing on the menu, and then the chicken wasn’t cooked right. My fiance was in the bathroom almost the entire time after eating. My friends didn’t want to order anything and the bar service was slow with only a couple people at the bar. The dangerous waters drink was simply JUST juice. Was not good at all. Overly sweet and not worth 15$. Just an unsatisfying birthday. Do not recommend unless you’re only there for the games…

  Last night I came around 8:30/9:00pm, the bar wasn’t busy I sat down close to the end! Soon as I got sat I was greeted by the bartender, that’s fine, however it took 15 minutes for me to get a drink! I contemplated leaving but she came back! It was yet another 5 minutes before I got the drink I ordered! So u tell her I’m ready to order and that was that! She proceeded to tell me to wait again! So I’m patient at this point but my patience grew thin! I’m like fine! I order the nachos ! The nachos comes out! Cheese lukewarm, chips stale and soggy, and the chicken was lukewarm as well! I was so disappointed I just ate paid and left’ this isn’t my first bad experience with this restaurant but after last time and this time I’m thinking about not coming back!
