  I've been coming to Colectivo for 20 years. There are many quality coffee roasters in our city, but this is the one I like best. They have a relaxed attitude and a nice atmosphere for conversation or studying. And when you eat in, they have real silverware! Discount for your own mug too. Not a bad coffee in the group, but I am a huge fan of Black and Tan.

  This place started out as a wonderful alternative to Starbucks. They featured specially drinks mixed locally, along with a pleasant food menu and a great environment. Since that excellent entry they have gone very corporate! The food quality went downhill quite a bit and all the drinks are now mixed with pre-made high sugar / high fructose corn syrup additives. I made the mistake of ordering an espresso mocha shake. I expected some sugar, not 110 g!! I couldn't drink it.

  My family and I stopped by the East Colectivo for lunch and it was too packed. All the tables were taken inside due to the heat. We decided to come to the west Colectivo and surprisingly there was plenty of open tables! Food was great of course 😁

  I’ve been there several times and feel it is kind of a dirty place with poor customer service which means poor management. I came in with my 92 year old mother after squeezing into a tight (very limited) parking spot to find not one table available after taking about 20 minutes to get her from the car to the inside to find most of the 4-top tables taken over by singles doing their homework or looking busy on their computer. Not one person thought to move to let us sit down. When I asked the employees they basically said there was nothing they could do and it was first come first serve so we had to leave. It’s great to see some upscale competition in the area with Idyll Coffee Roasters nearby. Bye 👋🏼 I won’t be back!

  Got some coffee beans. Yet to try the coffee but the service and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming.
