  Nice workers, very helpful. I have many diatary restrictions and Cody was very patient and helped me. Only thing I would say is to clean up the place where they grab food from as it looked a bit dirty.but overall great service

  Friday night I had the worst experience grabbing food from Chipotle. It’s was noticeable dirty and messy. The young staff were not working. The young guy who was “supposed” to be cooking was laughing, touching and flirting with the young girl with the blond hair. The only staff that was actually working was the young lady preparing the orders, she was actually nice and soft spoken. However she was really slow but I think she tired being she the only one working. They kept asking the “cook” for missing food but he wasn’t paying attention. I stood in line 10-12 minutes which has never happened, and it wasn’t because it was busy. This location needs adult management at the restaurant during night hours. The staff thinks it’s a free for all. I was so disappointed with my order. No beans, no tomatoes and kids who just didn’t give a darn.

  It had been awhile since I went to Chipotle. The price went up quite a bit. But, the food was BANGING. I will be going there again. SOON !!!! I can't find a Great place to eat anymore. ALL the places that were EXCELLENT before I don't like. POPEYE'S is STILL one of my favorites 😍

  A little chintzy on the meat. On aggravated is a charge for queso different sauces.I don't think it should be that way. It was pretty busy, but they were trying to keep up.The manager seemed like he was all over the place and helping.I like that part of it. Just disappointedThe large chips was only a quarter of the bag. I think their portions could have been better , but I do like chipotle.

  I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle on **August 5, 2026, at approximately 6:10 PM**. When I arrived, I was told the restaurant's system was down and that customers had to place their orders online if they wanted food. While it was inconvenient, I understood and waited patiently for my order. After I received my food, I asked an employee if my bowl had the double portion of protein that I had paid extra for. She wasn't sure, so I opened my bowl to check. As I was doing that, I overheard the two cashiers at the front laughing and making comments about me. They said, *"OMG, look at her checking her food for more chicken. Is it that serious?"* I felt like they were fat-shaming and mocking me simply for making sure I received what I paid for. I was immediately embarrassed and left the restaurant feeling humiliated. As a paying customer, I should never have to worry about being laughed at or judged by employees for verifying my order. Checking to make sure I received something I paid extra for is completely reasonable. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.
