  Bruegger’s Bagels has the best bagel sandwiches and coffee in the area! Everything is always so fresh and delicious, and I have yet to be disappointed. The sandwiches are packed with flavor, the coffee is great, and it’s always a satisfying stop. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

  I've been here in the past enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I went back this morning and it will be my last time, cashier was incredibly disrespectful, rude, inattentive and lackadaisical. My order as well as customers before and after me were met with eye rolls and scoffs. When engaged with or asked questions employee calling out orders was rude and condescending. While there was a small line, staff was "working" with little to no sense of urgency, laughing and joking with eachother while meeting customers with a sense of annoyance creating an unwelcoming enviornment. Quality of food was also subpar in comparison to past visits. As I said earlier, after todays experience I have zero interest in ever returning to this establishment and would advise others to go elsewhere as well.

  It was my first time here today and I only ordered here because my go-to bagel spot was closed. The quality of my bagel sandwich was not great, I paid to have cream cheese added on my sandwich and it wasn’t on there. They just threw the blueberry muffin in the sandwich bag like it was trash. The muffin was facing down when I opened the bag. I would’ve preferred it be placed in its own bag gently. The muffin wrap was also covered in crumbs, it just wasn’t neat at all. Also, I’m used to a moist bagel sandwich. This one was dry. I don’t think I’ll be back.
