  This place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the young gentleman with the teal hair working behind the counter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions about the menu. His friendly attitude and genuine smile made our visit even more enjoyable. Excellent food paired with outstanding customer service is always a winning combination. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu, and we look forward to our next visit!

  I have come here for decades and I've almost always had a great experience. But the past few years, the quality and value has been slipping until today's visit where I'm now really unhappy with this place. First, the service quality dropped, likely along with all the other restaurants trying to deal with high turnover in this economy and low margins. But then the prices skyrocketed. Still I would be okay with that if it meant the quality and value held up. Then they introduced the "tip before your food" payment screen, which is essentially just a sick, taxed charity collection for the employees to keep working there. And then today, the employees were unattentive and vacant, they were certainly not fast to take orders, they charged me for a topping I had requested and didn't actually add it to the order. The bagel for my sandwich was literally the size of a tennis ball, which I was astonished by, and when I wanted to ask to get the missing topping, I would have had to sit and wait like 10 minutes based on the speed they were working. No, I'm really disappointed how this all ended. I never would have imagined paying 11 dollars (with solicited tip) for a bagel sandwich so undersized and poorly made. Unless they turn things around, it's not worth the cost.

  Simply amazing bagel place. They make the bagels fresh and it's fun to watch through the windows they provide for viewing purposes. Always smells amazing. The food is great. The employees answer any questions you may have and they're so friendly.
