  I want to love this spot so bad. If ordering online actually saved me time I probably would. I don't understand how the last few time I've placed orders, arrived at or around my pick-up time and have still had to wait for over 20 minutes for my food. I should not be waiting and watching people place orders and receive their food while I've been standing around waiting for a pick up order, it's getting old and feeling more and more like the norm. Today my sandwiches weren't even started when I got there, instead of subbing the bagel I had ordered (which is protocol) they were just waiting for me. I was there for nearly 10 minutes before they even recognized I was waiting and asked which bagel I wanted it's getting old.

  Cashier didn’t say a word. No hi. Just looked at me so I started my order. Food is always good.

  This place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the young gentleman with the teal hair working behind the counter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions about the menu. His friendly attitude and genuine smile made our visit even more enjoyable. Excellent food paired with outstanding customer service is always a winning combination. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu, and we look forward to our next visit!
