  Don’t order online too late, they’ll take your order, along with your money and close early. But, don’t worry, they’ll have it all set at 6am the next day. If they would have responded to my claim for a resolution, they could’ve avoided this review. Don’t waste your time like I did.

  Placed an online order at about 6am and when I got there, they were still closed. I got a text reading “Hi, this is Biggby Coffee we just opened. Would you like me to still prepare it?” 2 HOURS LATER. As one could guess, I was at work and could not leave to pick up a coffee order 15 mins away. And they would not refund me.

  There is an older lady there who is so damn sweet, the other staff was also really nice! Food is always good and they have so many coffee/drink options
