  NOT GLUTEN FREE OR GLUTEN ALLERGY FRIENDLY. I ordered my meal with informing my wait staff that I was gluten free. I ordered something that was listed as gluten free on their menu. I received, you guessed it, gluten with my meal. I took one bite and asked the wait staff if it was gluten free - it was not. They didn't apologize. I couldnt even finish my meal as my stomach was already upset. Not a pleasant experience; wouldn't recommend.

  Clearly, there are going to be better spots if you are looking strictly for authentic mexican food. I don't get the vibe that this place even pretends to be that. Belair is really a fun stop! I could literally be convinced to go every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday if my wife asked me to go every time because of their deals. Watch your wallets! If you play your cards right, you can get a pretty good deal on your meal and end up coming back over & over again. Great atmosphere, and I've never had a bad experience with the service. The outdoor seating out back is a vibe in the summer as well. This is one of the best belair locations.

  The food is average and a bit over priced. The big issue is they do not know how to adjust how long your order will take for their online ordering. If you order on a Tues or Thurs expect that your food will not be ready until an hour after it says it will.

  My family and I love going to BelAir for a special treat. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun and we love the variety of tacos—something for everyone! Charlie B. was cheerful and attentive in serving us most recently and the servers are always very responsive and down-to-earth. I like that the vibe is unique and that it’s not too loud. It’s a great place to bring out-of-town guests for a little “local” flavor and good conversation.

  Service was sluggish. food was bland, inconsistent, and lukewarm. drinks were weak. I feel like it’s been trending that way more and more over the past few years. I like the creative taco ideas but it’s poorly executed. The single item which i feel they do alright is the birria, but they have removed some of the birria items from the menu. Feels like a fast casual restaurant with a loose commitment to mexican cuisine, like a Chilis or something, but not as good. Also, the only hot sauce they had was a room temp bottle of habanero sauce that said it should be refrigerated after opening. Who doesn’t have hot sauce available at a taco place? How about a bottle of cholula or tapatio or something If you want mexican, go to a real mexican place. if you want chilis, go to chilis. It’s a great location, and i think that’s what sustains them.
