She tried to avoid actually scooping the ice cream which made ordering take way longer than necessary, throwing the scoops around. When ordering a second dish the worker began rolling her eyes. She didn’t listen to any of our orders so we had to correct her. When she was corrected she continued to roll her eyes and sigh loudly. Also yelled at everyone in the store and stated we were not allowed to sit because they were closing soon. It was 8:50 and the store closes at 10. Worker was complaining about how long her 5 hour shift was and that she was tired of being there. It was not truly busy. She made it seem that every person in the shop was there to personally annoy her. She was rude and upset and made sure everyone heard about it. We did not appreciate being made to feel like an inconvenience seeing as we simply wanted ice cream from the ice cream shop.

There was no cone sleeve and no napkin used, so the employee's bare hands were wrapped around the entire cone while preparing and scooping the ice cream. It felt very unsanitary and was honestly off-putting. I understand employees need to handle food, but I would expect some type of barrier between their hands and the part of the cone customers eat.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
