  I got a blended coffee, and order it at the box dairy free with oat milk and no whip and I stated I have a dairy allergy. When I got to the window they tried to give it to me with whip cream, when I stated I can't have the whip and that they would need to remake it and I stated again that I have a dairy allergy they got visibly annoyed and took the drink back. They then just scooped the whip cream off the top and tried to give it back to me. when I stated that, that doesn't work for me because again I have an allergy they got more annoyed and proceeded to sassily say well we are extremely busy (which they really weren't) And when I said well I can't have that one again they finally said pull around to the front all annoyed. It should NOT be this hard for me to get a drink that's made to work with my allergies. This staff needs to be more accommodating and understanding to allergies (it honestly feels like they need to be retrained), it's not like I want to have them. I am extremely disappointed that it was this hard to get a drink that I order from my home town dunkin almost daily and they always get it right. And if anyone looks at this and says we'll make a drink at home, no I deserved to get fun drinks out and about to despite having an allergy because again it's not like a chose it. Again I'm extremely disappointed in the situation and how I was so pushed off, that's not how allergies should be handled or in that fact how any order should be handled

  It has been 3 weeks since this place has refused to refund my money for an order I never received. 30$ btw. Can't communicate, take responsibility for being flat out disrespectful but expect to continue receiving your business. -5 stars

  Absolutely great service came here with my little sister and ordered some drinks obveusly and I forgot to emphasize that I wanted it hot. So my sister convinced me to ask and they gave us a brand new coffee hot just the way she wanted it no charge absolutely satisfiable for sure go here again.
