  When they first opened you got a decent amount for what you paid for now they skimp you on your beef or chicken one tiny scoop in your bowls and burritos!

  Dude!! Stale chips!! Come ooon and fatty steak tacos. This location needs corporate to step in immediately 😕 I threw away half my meal. What a waste of money!!

  It depends on who is working, most often they only give about half a scoop of protein. Despite plenty of workers being there, they'd rather ignore the register and wander around until someone who is already *hard working* notices and comes over. Very lazy workers.

  I was thrilled to be getting a Chipotle in Wausau but have been disappointed ever. Single. Time. The workers move at a snails pace, the place is filthy, they are low or run out of so many items. I went in and was the second customer today and the place was disgustingly dirty. The soda station was sticky and not stocked. They told me I had to wait 10 minutes for corn salsa. They did not have kids shells so I was told they could up charge me for a regular quesadilla. I had to repeat several parts of my order to the person making my bowl. I love Chipotle but this location really sucks. This place needs a corporate overhaul.

  I’m just leaving chipotle and I literally went straight to my car to sit and make sure I leave this review…I need to compliment the young girl worker that went above and beyond for me. I pull in and walk in at 10:01pm. I know it’s late, I know they’re ready for the night to end BUT the server that helped me was beyond kind! She promptly helped me and when I was checking out I was talking to her about my love for the Berry Cider drink and how it’s my favorite. I said it was gone but I can try the watermelon limeade one instead. She apologized and told me she can quickly make some for me and I told her that’s okay, I can grab a different kind (since I was aware there were 5 other teen girls behind me). She insisted and started working on it while a gentleman server helped the 5 teens. When she started making it, I walked away to grab a lid and straw. I came back to a woman talking to her asking what she was doing (so I believe). I’m assuming the woman was her manager (she was cutting chicken/meat) and the server (I wish I grabbed her name, but she had very curly brown hair on top of her head and super sweet!) she insisted she would make it and gave the “little pinch” hand gesture to the woman cutting the chicken. The manager (again, assuming) looked over at me and then looked down. I understand that when there’s now less than an hour left of being open, you want to start getting your closing duties done BUT I can’t help but thank the server that helped me and made this drink. It really did only take like a minute to mix, and I felt bad because I didn’t want her in trouble for making it since there were 5 other people behind me and one gentleman helping them….i don’t know if this will ever get back to her but I truly hope it does. Im a drink girly and would rather waste my calories on a drink rather than food and I’d come into chipotle JUST for this drink. So for her to insist on making it and (possibly) getting in trouble for it, made my day but also made me feel bad. So if you’re reading this, please know you’re doing great and I so so so appreciate the little things like this🥹 Ps. My receipt said Trevor and I’m unsure if that’s you or if it was the other server helping, so I hope you get a pat on the back for helping me and knowing who you are. Thank you for literally making my night!!
