  Terrible service, employees, and food. Line out the door, zero urgency from the 5 employees to restock almost the 80% of items that were empty. If there is a popular item you expect to get for your order, it’s not even worth going because it will be out of stock. Employees sitting on their phones, garbage and messy tables everywhere. I have never had a bad Chipotle experience except this location multiple times.

  Almost every single table was dirty; we were able to find one table that wasn't filthy. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the rice was undercooked. My husband said his steak was rubbery and the chips were stale. 🤢We ordered a soda, and it wasn't given to us right away. We were excited to try it, but we won't be back. We'll stick to QDOBA.

  Im shocked at everything. Vs going to others. Walked in appox 20 after they open. 2nd person in line. Waited 15 minutes ok short handed. I understand. But as I was waiting. Omg food all over in the back on table. . Side of table. And no one was at the table cutting. Being new and just open and beinng a food place. It should be h!!! Alot cleaner. Then as I tell the person what to add. They had no sauté veg.s.they just open.!!!. There was also one person sweeping. By the door as I was walking in the dining room . It looked like they had a party ,chips all over the floor. I should of turned around then and gone elsewhere. If they just opened up. 1045 and I arrived appox 20 later. On a Monday. Dont you think it should be clean and have all items ready. There is plenty of other places to pick next time.

  Poor service line speed - employees seemed ill trained - lacked any sense of the need to move the line. Out of white rice at lunch time - had to make from scratch. Still way too many issues with this new location to make it a go to place for lunch break. I ended up leaving on this visit without purchasing any food, Because of the fact, there wasn’t no white rice and the very poor Service Do better Chipotle!

  My daughter was admitted into the hospital after a surgery. All she wanted after she was released was chipotle because we dont have one near home. We stopped at this one in Wausau and were very disappointed. The employee was clearly annoyed that my daughter wasnt answering her questions fast enough and was very impatient with her. My daughter was fresh out of surgery and trying her best. There were alot of employees, not many customers in the restaurant. Everything was so dirty, there wasnt a clean table, employees were just standing around while the restaurant was in complete disarray. We thought at least we could enjoy the meals ...nope, we both ended up sick that night which was horrible post surgery for her. Ive never left a bad review on a restaurant...this one needs a warning.
