  Store hours say open until 10pm, was even confirmed one week ago. Drive thru lights are often off before 930pm. As a 3rd shifter it is great to have options for a work meal on the go, but not when they are closing down early.

  I’ve called and complained twice now that drivers just left my food sit outside and was told this time that there was nothing wrong with my food and to have a good night and hung up on. Very poor customer service. I don’t think it’s too much to have your drive wait for someone to get to the door. Guess that’s what you get when you tip more 20% now a days.

  Doors were locked 20+ minutes before closing time with employees walking around making quick glances at us and going back to there phones
