  Over all I've generally had a good experience here. Recently I did have a dine in order that must have gotten mistaken or written down wrong. During the dispute as our food was being brought to us, one of the employees said "you're trying to scam us for a free burger." I work in food service, and when things get really busy and orders get sent back, it's common for staff to joke around with each other about a customer trying to get free food; but those jokes stay in the kitchen. It should never be said to a customers face. In all honestly, there are people out there who try to scam for free food, but in my experience in food service, those types of people are few and far between. And let's be real, a dollar fast-food burger is hardly desirable enough to want to scam a free one; that's a petty action that my family and I are not interested in lol. But they did eventually correct our order, and the food was good, so it was an over all pleasant experience, minus the rude comment said to us. I get that it's stressful during rushes, but from one food service worker to another, it's best to not let the customers here those remarks, whether they are joking or serious. I've always loved the food and ice cream here, my kids love coming here, I definitely recommend as a good place to eat.

  Some lady working, I beleive a manager, was very rude to me and my group of friends. There were only 4 of us and we were very polite. We waited over 25 minutes for icecream and fries. It wasnt even busy. People that ordered after us got full meals before we got our 4th ice cream.

  Both bathrooms where dirty from the floor, to the toilet to the walls and stunk to high hell. An employee came into girls and didnt clean it, just used it and left. The dining room is dirty, I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Ordered food and got over charge. Wanted double burger got triple. Wanted bbq sauce and got ranch. Also the sundae I had was hot instead of cold chocolate. Staff was friendly but only seemed to care about task behind counter vs what the lobby, bathrooms and dining room looked like.

  This place should be condemned. The 2 out of 3 employees were not welcoming. The drive thru girl was working 3 times as hard as the other 2 girls. Not sure when they last cleaned this restaurants. Food everywhere. Food and safety definitely needs to be assessed here. Disappointing since me and my family were just trying to have a treat before heading home. This place needs to do better.
