  Worst “hut” around. Hella crust, no sauce, dry cheese (probly because no sauce), bbq wings were just generally less pleasant than other stores. Pizzas were also handled sloppy but that coulda been doordash. The fries were under seasoned (it’s literally a packet wtf 🤣) 10/10 recommend ordering from any other nearby hut.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed an online delivery order around 10:30 AM with an estimated delivery time of 11:30 AM. Our food didn't arrive until approximately 1:30 PM, a full two hours after the promised delivery time. During that time I had to call the restaurant twice just to get updates. There was clearly some kind of issue between the restaurant and DoorDash, but regardless of where the mistake happened, the communication and customer service were poor. I was left having to chase down information instead of the restaurant proactively informing me about the delay. What frustrated me the most was being told, an hour and a half after the delivery was already late, "we can reimburse you so you can go on with your day." That response came across as dismissive rather than acknowledging the inconvenience. I had two young kids at home waiting for their lunch, and by that point the situation had already disrupted our day. Delays can happen, but good customer service means communicating early, taking ownership, and treating customers with empathy. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that. I hope the restaurant improves how it handles situations like this in the future.

  The General manager there HORRIBLE!! Has a nasty attitude very rude and unprofessional he was not clean ! the staff there will tell you different things about an order ! Waited for over 30 minutes . Definitely contacted corporate on their gm there.

  We ordered through uber eats and when our order just disappeared this store drove far to come to us. Not only once but twice . Wyatt came the second time again because of uber eats screw up. I'm so impressed in his customer service. You can't teach that because it's either in your heart or it isn't. I'm a retired account executive and Wyatt really impressed me!!!! If he's treated right he'll help your company go far. Thank you for doing what you did because it wasn't your mistake but you made it better 2 times.
