- DADebie Arnold5 days ago5.0I had an exceptional experience at the Sauk Prairie Dunkin Donuts this morning! I went to pick up an order my daughter placed on line after I took the grandchildren to school and forgot my purse. I went to pay for my order and realized I had left my purse at home…immediately the kind gentleman checking me out pulled out his wallet and said I’ve got you don’t worry. I insisted I would come back but to no avail he paid for it. It was a Small order but a huge gesture of kindness!!! You are such a kind soul Brent! God bless you!

I've driven out of their only to take my first sip out of town and it was room temperature cold instead of the hot drip coffee I thought I was getting. Today in particular May 1st 2026 at 3:45 p.m. a girl was sweeping the floor and I walked up to the counter she had a big sigh rolled her eyes and said what can I get you and I just spun around and walked away. If you can't greet me with a smile and not look perturbed that I actually came to buy something from you, you're not ever getting my business ever again!

On top of that, the iced coffee had been extremely light more milk than coffee. It’s frustrating because this is the closest Dunkin when I’m out running errands. The quality just hasn’t been there.
