  Our first time ordering. We got the combo deal, 24 boneless, 4 flavors, large fries. They all came in a puddle of butter, it's not sauce. They all taste greasy and overly salty. If it says dry seasoning I don't expect them in a pool of butter, I just want the seasoning. Most disappointing wings i've ever had. The fries were so cold I had to put them in the air fryer. The only redeeming quality was their ranch is delicious and their veggies seem to be freshly cut. If you want actual sauce and variety stick to BWW.

  Wingstop advertises MADE TO ORDER. I understand that can get overwhelming but to have fryer baskets FILLED with wings sitting there above grease it’s a health hazard and disgusting. I order in store and get cold wings by the time the tray reaches the table and it’s the same when ordering for delivery. The food is not cheap so for them to give people stale wings that are not MADE to order is wrong. I ask for extra wet every time also and 70% of the time it’s not even the average amount of sauce. I have ordered wingstop 2-3 times a week for 10 years and they have lost me as a customer now.

  This was our first Wing Stop experience. We ordered online and picked up in store. The employees were attentive and greeted us as we walked in, the store was clean and service was as fast as expected. When we arrived home, we realized we were missing about half of our order and called the store. After giving the name the order was under, we were told the mistake was theirs, apologized and they would comp us. I didn't even have to make the complaint and they had fixed the issue. I'm a happy customer and will absolutely be back cause those were some of the BEST wings we've had and that level of customer service is not common these days.

  I ordered 10 traditional wings, all flats. I received all drums. I called to remedy the mistake. The phone was answered by an associate who said he was going to get a manager. The phone was just placed on the counter (not on hold) and I waited 17 minutes listening to the associates talk in the background. I finally hung up and called back, a different associate answered. She had no time for me and it took several attempts to get her to get the manager. Once I finally got to talk to a manager, all he had were excuses to give. He never offered a solution for this easily remedied mistake. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I enjoy their wings but, they lost a long time customer today.
