  Absolutely disappointing experience. All three subs had bread that was rock hard, making them difficult to eat. I called to ask if there had been a change in the recipe, and was told there hadn’t been and that they weren’t sure what happened. It makes me wonder if ordering later in the evening (around 7:30 PM) meant the bread was no longer fresh. Either way, the quality was far below what is expected.

  Now I get it....don't eat anywhere that the founder and ceo hunts and kills big game for pleasure ....the disdain shows up in the food

  I placed a pickup order to this location last month (March 14th) for a party and had the unfortunate luck to have someone else take my 3 thirty-piece party boxes + 3 custom sandwiches instead of their own catering order. Thankfully, I had placed the pickup time about 45 minutes before the party started, so there was enough time for the staff to remake the order while also keeping up with regular lunch orders that came in. I'm very grateful for their quick and efficient work, thanks to them I was only a few minutes late with the food! Everything was well made and I didn't hear any complaints. I would definitely consider ordering from here again if I needed to cater for a large group, though it would be nice in the future if larger orders like this one were kept closer to the staff and were verified before handing off so someone else doesn't end up in the same situation as this one! Thanks again to the staff for making a stressful situation much easier to handle!
