Employees throwing fits and banging fists on walls, no one explaining the reasoning for the wait or frankly saying anything to waiting customers. One person making sandwiches. Not a great atmosphere at all. Management needs to think of a different system of operations unless this was just a one off situation.

Kind questions, actively engaging and didn’t get the order wrong! Food was normal Jimmy John’s(shitty and hardly any meat) but service was top notch. Get this gal some better food to serve!
