They were out of the bagel twist and offered a coffee roll instead, but I was still charged full price for the more expensive bagel. Only received 2 of the stuffed bagel minis and they were burnt. Terrible experience, had to wait for a second person to come to the window because the first one was ignoring me when I drove up.

All you hear is grunts from people that are frustrated with waiting. Its all the time. The amount of money this Dunkin loses is astonishing.
