  Ordered it last night and ate it and now I'm crapping and puking. I will never order from Arby's again

  The lunch rush was interrupted by a major order from an old folks home and it took a while for the food and the orders because the nurse didn't plan ahead and about 30 meal orders were placed online and the staff wasn't prepared for all of those orders. A customer got loud and disrespectful to Trina the general manager and she asked him to leave due to the 25 minute wait for his order. I waited for a while, but I understood because I've worked in the food industry before. However when I stood up for Trina because the guy was using a threatening tone she told me(I'm the Deputy Director of the US Marshalls Service that I'm not welcome back to that restaurant and the US Marshalls offered to step in if necessary as well who were there. I will never return to a restaurant when a manager is in a threatening situation from a customer and I offered to help if necessary as well as the other US Marshalls on site. One of the US Marshalls made a comment about that as well about not trusting a single person there.

  This is not a fast food place, we took almost like 10 minutes in line. 🫩🙈👎👎

  Food was dry. I could tell it was under a heat lamp for a while. Ridiculously expensive, sub par food. And a bunch of the tables were unclean.
