  I will never come after 7pm again. The staff did not keep up the salad bar so there was barely enough lettuce for even one salad let alone for the 3 people in our party. One of the soda machines was already shutdown so we couldn’t get Dr Pepper. Then we go to get pizza and there was 5 pieces left and no sauce for the cheese stick appetizers. When we asked if they were bringing out more pizza we got dirty looks. Definitely overpaid at $45 when we didn’t even get variety of food to feed our party.

  Best Pizza Ranch around! Staff was attentive and courteous, the hot area of the buffet, as well as the salad bar, was fresh and delicious! A staff member even stopped by the table to see if there was a special pizza we’d like made!

  We had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Ranch last Sunday night. We stopped in with our kids after rollerblading, and based on past visits to other locations, we were expecting the usual fresh food and good service, but this visit missed the mark. The buffet was very poorly maintained and dirty. The pizza was hard and clearly had been sitting out far too long. The chicken was extremely dried out, and instead of replacing it, staff kept placing small amounts of new chicken on top of the old. It didn’t seem like anything was being properly rotated or refreshed the way it should be. My husband tried asking staff multiple times if fresh pizza was coming out, but each time they would dodge him and go to the back. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for fresh pizzas, and it was clear we weren’t the only ones waiting. When new pizzas finally came out, they were gone almost immediately because everyone was waiting for something fresh. For a packed restaurant, it was surprising and frustrating that there were only a few old pizzas sitting on the buffet at any given time, especially after spending over $60 for our family to eat. On top of that, the restaurant itself felt neglected. The dining area wasn’t clean, and the side room we were seated in was freezing cold, while the front of the restaurant was noticeably warmer. We understand that places can be short-staffed, but there were employees present, it just didn’t seem like there was much urgency or attention to maintaining the buffet or cleanliness. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that we won’t be returning.
