  I have mixed feelings about this location. The food can be good if you visit at the right time, but some items can be inconsistent. For example, nuggets have occasionally seemed overcooked or like they had been sitting for a while. I usually don’t have many complaints about the service, but there have been a couple of mix-ups. Today, for example, I ordered a breakfast meal with a coffee. They initially thought I wanted a soda, and then my meal was accidentally given to the car ahead of me before being corrected. I’ve also noticed this location seems to be more expensive than other McDonald’s in the surrounding areas. It may be due to franchise pricing, but some common promotions, like the $1 any size drink deal, aren't available here. Overall, it has its positives, but consistency in food and pricing could be improved.

  At the Waterford location, I received top- notch service from Natalie. She's been there for several years now. If the franchise owners have not considered a pay raise for her, they certainly should. Thank you.

  PLEASE FIX SODA PROBLEM. They brought back mellow yellow and it must be hooked up to the old Berry Sprite line. They charge more for mellow yellow and can’t even serve it correctly. This was brought up to the managers daughter who works there and nothing has been done about it. I have thrown away over 4 mellow yellows at $2 each because they taste disgusting. Hook up your lines right or get rid of the soda machine. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THE ISSUE.
