  Under new management!! Can you guess.... No more HS kids working unless they are family. Honestly the service was unpleasant, no blizzard check, poor quantity, frosted windows in drive through now ..... Its 5/16 Saturday...81 degrees at 120pm and no one is at DQ ......

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Dairy Queen. The service is absolutely unbelievable — every single employee treats customers like they genuinely care, and it shows. The food is always fresh, hot, and clearly made to order. Nothing ever feels rushed or thrown together like you get at most fast food places. What really sets this location apart is the owner. You can tell he takes an incredible amount of pride in his restaurant. The place is absolutely immaculate every time you walk in — spotless dining room, clean counters, organized kitchen area — it’s honestly more impressive than many sit-down restaurants. This is how every fast food restaurant SHOULD operate. Quality food, outstanding service, attention to detail, and pride in the customer experience. Corporate should send someone here to make every Dairy Queen like this one. PS: I hardly ever eat fast food… but we keep going back here.

  We ordered two Cookie Dough Blizzards and a Blue Raspberry Slushie drink. Both Blizzards had 4-5 pieces of Cookie Dough at the most. The bottom 3/4 of both Blizzards were plain vanilla ice cream. One of the Blizzards was supposed to have Hot Fudge added to it. It looked and tasted exactly the same as the other one without it, which was plain vanilla ice cream. The Slushie drink was similar. It had little to no flavor. This is the third and last time we will be going here. It is worth it to drive to Mukwonago or Burlington for a better Dairy Queen experience.

  Th associates at this locations were so nice and so welcoming. !! Our dining experience from beginning to end was awesome. Thanks so much we will definitely come here again

  Went back for the first time in over a year thinking maybe this new owner/management got their act together but was quickly disappointed! The guy working the window was overall abrupt and to no surprise they simply topped the “blizzards” with the candies. All 3 had candy right on top and the rest of the cup was ice cream that had an off taste to it. I honestly have no clue how this place is still in business, seriously a ghost town compared to what it used to be. If I want DQ from here on out, mukwonago has my money.
