I get a called 30 minutes before pick up and was told cake is not ready due to decoration not being delivered. I was told to come later close to closing time which they close at 10 or 11 pm. I explained to them I can't and that I was going inside that I was just parking in their parking lot. I came inside the store and was told the same. That there is nothing they could do about it that I could get my $5.00 refund back. I told them it not okay. I should get a call early today not last minute. And I ask if there was any other option for decoration and they said no. I ask for a discount for the inconvenience and was told no am not allow to do it. I ask well can I speak with someone that is able to and he call them. This person was so rude as soon I answer she told me I know what your going to say and you'll have 2 option you get your $5.00 refund or leave the cake and get a full reimbursement. If you know me am not a person that wants anything for free. I understand management since that's part of my job. I understand customer since I deal with them everyday. But clearly they don't know how to run a store. How is it that having only 3 option to buy a boys birthday cake you have nothing. And how rude can they be. When I ask the gentleman if he will take this to his son? he just laughed. I believe it should've be handled differently. I should have received a called. Since they called me yesterday that my pick up was at 1:30 am and that they don't open until 4am if I could come before 4 am. I told them I meant 1:30 pm. But they never gave me a heads up that cake will not be ready. This is not acceptable. I know it's just a birthday cake i should get over it. But this is why business close people are so rude. I also understand not every customer is right. But being management and yelling at customer is not okay. I know is hould have just take my money and go some where else but Max chose this cake. He loves ice-cream and chocolate and if you know me i will do anything for my boys. I don't cake for the cake but no one should treat anyone without respect. Instead of apologizes I was told grap your cake and leave. And by the way it's a $50.00 cake

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
