- CMC. MarieOct 3, 20261.0I ordered a cake to be picked up at 10am. I got there just after 10 AM, and the worker came out and said she forgot about it and had just started decorating the cake. About 10:15 she came back Out with a cake that honestly looked like it was decorated by a child. So first off, it was supposed to be a cake decorated with a dog and dog theme with paw prints for a female so asked to use girl colors. The cake was just one color, blue, nothing else. Had a few paw prints on it, and then the happy birthday message, which looked like it was written/done by a literal child. I told the worker when she brought the cake out that that is not what I ordered, and she just looked at me and said she doesn’t do pictures. If that’s the case, I should’ve been told that when I called and ordered it a few days before. I also told her it was all blue and it was supposed to be in girl like colors and she said she would fix it, but at this point it was already 10:15 And I had to go. But then she proceeded to grab the cake and take it back and keep saying she would fix it, or “you no take cake”. Which, by the way, I had already paid for with the other lady working. So after about two or three minutes or so, I ended up finally getting her to just hand me the cake. and I left. On the bright side, I will say that the cake still tasted good… But honestly, it was a very disappointing cake And I would never recommend getting a cake from here based on the customer service and that it looked like it was made by a child. Now I did see cakes in the case that were nicely decorated, which leads me to believe that they do have a cake decorator. and maybe this person would have done better if it wasn’t a last minute, and she hadn’t forgotten about it. I wish it would let me add a photo, but I’m not seeing that option pop up right now, so maybe when I get to my computer later I’ll be able to figure out how to add a photo so you can see the cake for yourself
