  Where do I even begin with the decline of this place? The lunch pizza selection has become very limited, and the salad bar has had old, wilted lettuce the last five times I've visited. To make matters worse, the ice cream machine has been out of service for what feels like months. It's disappointing to watch families, especially kids, get excited only to find so many options unavailable. The cleanliness has also gone downhill. This place used to be spotless, but now it's hard to find a clean table because dirty dishes are left sitting everywhere from previous customers. Pizza Ranch used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but unfortunately it's no longer even on my list. The previous management seemed to have no trouble keeping the restaurant clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly. I really hope the current management turns things around because this location has so much potential that's just going to waste. Get it together PR!!!

  We have dined at this Pizza Ranch many times since they have opened. Yesterday, I had a birthday reward to use by the end of June, so we stopped for lunch and it did not disappoint. It was very busy and Brady, the young man at the front was doing an awesome job taking care of guests, very efficiently and very kindly. It was clear they were short staffed, but he did not miss a beat--bringing out refills as quickly as possible. When I mentioned to him that the salad was all but gone, he was back in a flash with a fresh container. The chicken and sides were kept fresh and hot, our special order pizza was hot and delicious (which he also delivered and served at our table with a smile ) despite being pulled in several directions, including clearing tables. Desserts were plentiful and everything was clean and well maintained. Despite the ice cream machine being down, we had plenty of great options and we were very impressed how well Brady and Ginger were handling it all. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again today (July 1), taking advantage of another reward that expired today. Overall, we had great experiences and will definitely be back! Great job!

  We usually go to this Pizza Ranch often (at least once every two weeks) - we were disappointed to see that several of the staff had quit and were running short staffed. The ice cream machine was down (again), the food was old, we had to wait in line very long periods of time, and the buffet was not filled timely - my family was disappointed that they weren’t able to get their favorites. Someone needs to step in and help our once go to spot. Cudos to the staff there that were trying to do the best they could - they tried very hard to meet our needs with the limited resources they had.

  Pizza Ranch has the best pizza buffet hands down! There is a wide variety of main course 🍕...but wait...oh my gosh, there are delicious fruit pizzas. There is soft ice cream to a-la-mode them. YUMMY 😋 Now let's get to the Fried Chicken 🍗. I've never had a bad piece. Add a side of creamy mashed potatoes 🥔 with savory gravy along side of vegetables or salad 🥗 with all the toppings. Golly...soooo good and comforting. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. I've eaten at these restaurants in 3 states and always leave happy.😁 Great family atmosphere. I recommend them!

  Most of the pizzas on the buffet were dry and overcooked plus there was nothing "normal" pizza available (mushroom pizza and macaroni pizza is not what my kids wanted) there was no garlic bread available during our entire visit. Salad bar was not stocked and what was there you could tell was not fresh in the slightest. Other foods buffet was also lacking in fresh not dried out options. The staff was friendly and very service forward. However their kindness didn't feed the kiddos after spending $80 to feed 4 people. All is well I just won't be visiting another pizza ranch. I should have spend $25 at the pizza hut 🤷🏽‍♀️ you live and you learn.
