I ordered a wrap from here, and it was practically just a sad, overpriced mouthful of bread and shredded lettuce with barely any meat to speak of. When I called to let them know how utterly disappointing it was—especially compared to how great this place used to be—the staff just hid behind 'everything is pre-weighed' excuses and totally blew me off with a halfhearted, insincere apology. Fast food has really gone downhill, charging high prices for virtually zero substance. If you're going to break your dietary restrictions for a treat, save your money and go literally anywhere else. Never again.

And this is how it was handed to me. She said this is how we package them now. My friend was there 2 hours earlier. Bought day old bread and got them nicely packaged. Also my receipt was in the bag on top of the bread when I got home and opened it. I'm pretty sure this garbage bag was stored in a cleaning closet with all of the chemicals you have in your building. Very unsanitary. Very disappointed......
