  Place an order for pickup ahead of time but then have to wait in line with people placing orders just to pick up my order and have it be wrong!

  I stopped in shortly after it opened in the morning to buy a sandwich to eat at lunch. I was volunteering at a fund raiser and needed to bring a lunch. I put it in a cooler and kept it cold. Hours later I took it out to eat. The bread was very hard/stale. I ended up not eating it. Since I bought it early in the morning, I'm guessing they used yesterday's bread??? I usually have no issues with Jimmy John's sandwiches.

  Old man wearing the red uniform needs to learn some basic customer service skills. As a Dasher, it shouldn't be a problem to provide a simple disposable beverage carrier for a multi-drink order. Every other establishment either already provides one or has no problem providing one, if needed. You wouldn't deny a regular customer this so why should I be denied something so basic just because you don't like the customer ordered through DoorDash instead of directly through Jimmy John's. It's not my fault the customer chose how to order. I'm simply delivering the order for YOUR customer. If it's such a problem, maybe you shouldn't partner with DoorDash.
