Not terrible because I knew it would be fresh brewed but it was a pain to have to wait that long. Other than that. The lady was super nice and kind.

Yesterday I was told, "I'll get to you when I can." Stood there for about 8 minutes and left. Got to listen to staff complain about being short staffed and saying, "she's just gonna have to wait....". Glad I left. I'll spend my money somewhere I'm not treated as an inconvenience.
