  I have ordered here several times in the past without issue, but tonight was just apparently a bad night. I live 5 minutes down the road max, right on main Street. They left the store at 10:54pm with my food, and it didn't arrive until 11:34pm. The driver did not even bother knocking on my door or even bringing it into the hallway outside my door. We are in a freeze warning, so my food sat outside in extremely cold weather for who knows how long, because the app updated well after the delivery actually occurred because the driver was already gone. When I called the store to express my frustration in barely Luke warm food they just basically shrugged their shoulders and did nothing to help. Do not order from here, there are way better options for pizza in town than Dominos, and their cheap prices are reflected in their poor skills and lack of customer service.

  I have ordered Domino's via delivery many times. I am always happy with the order and delivery. Today, the delivery driver went to the wrong road 3 times. Yes, the GPS will take you to that road, but if you read the street signs that are clearly marked. No other driver has had an issue, but this one today was horrible. I then called when he drove out of the neighborhood. The guy in the store was very nice and acknowledged that the GPS is wrong (it has been reported). They called the driver who came back, and again went to the wrong road. I finally got our pizza, but the boxes are soaked. The pizza is still warm suppressing and not ruined with the wet boxes.

  Pizza was great! Delivery took 30min but ended up being a great pizza in my opinion.

  So far so mediocre, even for a fast food chain. Driver just left my order at my door, and drove off. No knock, no ring of door bell, and no text. If I didn't check; my order would have been ice cold. Even forgot the plates and napkins I asked for.

  As you can see the pizza wasn't even edible! I spent over $50 for pizza because my daughter wanted Domino's for her party and this is the disgusting pizza we got. I called but told me to hang on and hung up on me. I cried. I had to spend another $40 on a new dinner. Horrible.
