- DTDiana TimmAug 25, 20261.0If I could rate this lower, I might. Go for my latte 2-4x wkly, and they still can't get orders right. One time they had to remake my latte 4x after going back inside, another time insisted they gave me a latte and finally realized it was an iced coffee, and today I pulled up and gave my name for a called in mobile order. Told me to pull up and I sat thru waiting for over 5min. The girl with the pony tail and glasses finally came to the window and asked if I needed something. Yeah, my drink. She goes oh Yeah, ok abd proceeds to make my drink for another 5min. Was wrong again! She got really pissed and proceeded to berate me asking why is everyone so rude(the person ahead of me I could see went inside and was arguing with her abiut her about her order

Also the baskin seems to have few ice cream flavors offered (fruit one always seems empty) and empty cartons left sitting there looking ugly and bringing disappointment.
