  There is always a problem with our orders. Its nice to have a Taco Bell in town though. The guys there are cool and always fix the problem but, why is there always a problem that needs to be fixed!?

  The food was very rushed. The tortilla was cold and it looked like they just took it out of the fridge and wrapped the food in it. I can tell it wasn’t warmed up because the tortilla was cracked at the folds. It was sloppily wrapped and food fell all over my bed when I unwrapped it. My boyfriend didn’t get any of the four items he ordered and instead had quesadillas. My pop had a cleaner taste to it and there was barely any ice when I asked for extra ice. Not pleased at all with this place and will never be ordering from here again.

  Forgot my chicken quesadilla, gave me 10 instead of 12 cinnabon bites, and gave me a normal medium drink. Didnt figure it was worth making a stink since the bathroom was out of toiletpaper and there were 3 others waiting for items from their order

  Y’all genuinely don’t even try . Like it’s constant . I came tn at about 10:50 . Told y’all I was allergic to tomato’s and not to put them on either of my items what do y’all do . Put tomato’s on my sh!t . And then don’t give me no mild sauce . Which I asked for axtra and then . Gave my girl no cheese with her nachos fries . Ts happens 10 times outa 10 n it’s irritating ash. Thank you

  We have decided this location isnt worth our money. Every single time we have ordered food, either in drive through, the app, or door dash we are missing at least 1/3 of our order. And i understand their policy, when we order we need to go there for them to either refund what we are missing, or have them make it. It keeps people from abusing the system. But sometimes I dont have time to check our order throughly. Honestly though, we shouldnt need to. It should be so hard for someone to even just count the items the put in a bag. It takes maybe 1 minute of their time. Last time we called to complain. I intended on going back to have the items refunded, because the easily missed half our order, the staff was rude to us like it was our fault they are incompetent.
