  First time at a Jimmy John’s and the last. I ordered a giant BLT and I wasn’t ask anything nor did I know I had to ask to have it toasted. I received the order and went to my vehicle and realized it wasn’t toasted. I went back in and said this wasn’t toasted and the girl told me it didn’t say to toast it on the receipt, sorry. And didn’t toast it! I didn’t press the issue or I do believe she would have toasted it but I shouldn’t have to press the issue. My belief is when I returned she should have just said no problem I will toast it. Back to subway for me.
