    Bathrooms are always exceptionally dirty. Food's okay but expensive so not a first pick. They dropped my debit card on the ground in the drive thru. Their app is kinda glitchy.

    Very clean space walking in and Staff seemed super calm and positive. Plush they make the best NEW Shirley temple !! Highly recommend. Thanks for the service of two small Shirleys the perfect t cherry at the bottom🤙👌👀🔥🍹🍒

    I went to go wash my hands and the bathroom smelled like urine. There were no wet spots on the floor. So gross that I decided not to eat there. I notified the staff about it then they just looked at my oddly as if I were victim shaming them with no verbal communication. Arby's the restaurant is good, the staff right here right now at 6:09pm on Wednesday 07/08/2026 they should not work here or wherever customer service is a requirement.
