    I went to go wash my hands and the bathroom smelled like urine. There were no wet spots on the floor. So gross that I decided not to eat there. I notified the staff about it then they just looked at my oddly as if I were victim shaming them with no verbal communication. Arby's the restaurant is good, the staff right here right now at 6:09pm on Wednesday 07/08/2026 they should not work here or wherever customer service is a requirement.

    The men's bathroom was totally disgusting. Clogged toilet that people kept using. Paper on the floor. I spoke to an associate about it and nothing was done by the time we left

    I had the 1/2 lb roast beef. It was huge and tasty with 4 potato cakes. Never take them off the menu.
